House facade

The project aimed at revitalization by the low cost of the old facade into a modern building. Therefore old image of classic „block” from the 80’s was broken with wood-made facade.
Lower half of elevation is decorated with quoin which is covered with gray graphite-like plaster, which horizontal lines expand object width optically.

It is designed with gray, granite stairs supplemented by railings made ​​of stainless steel. After dark eye-catching white LED lighting facades attract sight.
